Yes. Each treatment begins with a one-on-one consultation with our in-house dermatologists to ensure your plan is safe, effective, and tailored to your skin’s needs.
We welcome walk-ins depending on availability, but we highly recommend booking ahead to ensure your preferred time slot and doctor are available.
Tipping is optional, but if you feel inclined to show appreciation for exceptional service, our staff graciously accept tips.
The only additional fee you may encounter is the Professional Fee for doctor-performed procedures. This fee already includes a complimentary consultation. If an aesthetician performs your procedure, the consultation is also complimentary.
If you've booked a consultation only, a Professional Fee will apply. Rest assured, we're transparent about all costs, so you can relax and focus on your treatment.
Ideally, we request patients to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled procedure time for standard appointments (non-anesthesia procedures). This allows for a quick doctor-patient consultation and VISIA Skin Analysis.
In cases where anesthesia is necessary, we advise arriving 1 hour before your appointment. Don't worry, we'll inform you in advance of the specific time to arrive at our clinic based on your procedure. Our goal is to ensure you feel prepared and comfortable every step of the way.

Treatment-Specific FAQs
We treat everything from breakouts and post-acne marks to redness, pigmentation, and uneven tone. Our treatments also target early signs of aging like fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of firmness — while helping refine texture and restore a healthy, luminous look to your skin.
It depends on your skin type and treatment goals. In general, maintenance sessions are recommended every 2–4 weeks for consistent results for facials and laser-based treatments. Other treatments such as XERF and Sofwave (both skin tightening treatments) can be done once or twice a year.
Most of our treatments are non-invasive with minimal to no downtime. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity that typically subsides within a few hours to a few days, depending on the procedure.
Yes. All treatments at Wunderskin are dermatologist-approved and clinically tested for safety. Our specialists adjust intensity levels and select products suitable for sensitive or reactive skin types.
Some treatments deliver visible improvement after the first session, while others (like collagen-building or resurfacing lasers) continue to take effect over several weeks, and up to three months. Its effects progress as time passes.

We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards for your convenience. Select treatments may also be available through special packages or seasonal promos.
Ideally, you will need to book your session in advance. But we still can accept walk-ins, if there is an availability at the clinic. We advise you to call ahead of time to know the current availability of our doctors.
If there is a conflict in your schedule, don’t hesitate to let us know so we can reschedule your treatment.
While we do not offer refunds, we provide flexibility for rescheduling to a later date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the procedure.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we offer a 15-minute leeway for lateness. However, please be sure to call and inform us as soon as possible.
